In Late March through early May Hire Heidi's Lifestyle Gardens To... Remove winter mulch. Remove winter arrangements from planters. Install spring planters. Prepare garden soil and planters for spring planting. Add amendments when needed. Take soil samples every three years for analysis. Divide & thin perennials. Lift roses. Prune shrubs - Barberry, dogwood, euonymus, hydrangea, ninebark, rose, weigela, spirea (all but bridal wreath). Create and prepare new garden beds if desired.
